The PTO does not paint the rock; you are responsible for painting the rock yourself or having it painted. The rock may be painted Monday-Friday 3-6 pm the day before your scheduled rental. Contact us if you need other arrangements or recommendations for an artist. We recommend spray painting your background and then painting your message using acrylic craft paint that you can find at Walmart or any craft store. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1.
